Seedling Bakery in Thrissur is known for specialty desserts made from scratch with premium ingredients. We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our kitchen team.
What You’ll Do
- Assist in the daily production of cakes, cookies, brownies, and entremets.
- Learn and follow recipes with precision, ensuring consistent quality.
- Support preparation, baking, finishing, and packaging of products.
- Maintain kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
- Manage mise en place, inventory checks, and basic organization.
What We’re Looking For
- Passion for baking and desserts (professional training is a plus, but not mandatory).
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistency.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work weekends and festive periods when demand is high.
