About INCLUD
INCLUD is a kids' lifestyle brand — Made for Little Worlds. We design for the way childhood actually unfolds: the firsts, the phases, the shifting obsessions from dinosaurs to stars and sparkles. Our content should feel just as alive as the kids we design for.
We're looking for a Video Editor Intern who can turn raw footage and AI-generated clips into scroll-stopping, story-driven content for our social channels.
Key responsibilities
1. Edit short-form video for Instagram Reels, Stories, and other social platforms
2. Cut, sequence, and polish footage into clean, on-brand pieces with music, captions, and transitions
3. Work with AI video and image tools to create and enhance content
4. Collaborate with the brand and design team to keep every edit true to INCLUD's look, tone, and pace
5. Take feedback, iterate quickly, and hit deadlines in a fast-moving content calendar
Skills required:
1. Adobe Premiere Pro — intermediate working knowledge (cuts, transitions, audio sync, color basics, export settings)
2. CapCut — comfortable editing and finishing short-form content
3. A good eye for pacing, rhythm, and visual storytelling
4. Familiarity with AI creative tools is a strong plus
5. Reliability, curiosity, and a willingness to learn on the job
Assignment (Required to Apply)
1. Create a 15-second ultra-realistic video using any AI tool of your choice.
2. Theme: Fashion — a model showcasing clothing (styling, runway, lookbook, or editorial feel)
3. Must-have: The face and environment must look real — photorealistic, not obviously animated or cartoonish
4. Format: Vertical (9:16) preferred, delivered as an MP4
5. Tell us which AI tool(s) you used and walk us through your process
