Position Overview:
Radharani Jewellers is seeking a warm, friendly, and professional Customer Relations Executive to welcome and engage customers as they enter our showroom. This is a crucial front-line role that sets the tone for the customer experience and ensures every visitor feels valued and attended to.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Welcome & Engagement:
- Greet every customer with a warm, genuine smile and friendly demeanor as they enter the showroom
- Establish immediate rapport and make customers feel comfortable and welcome
- Acknowledge customers promptly and ensure they feel noticed and valued
- Engage in pleasant conversation to understand customer needs and preferences
- Offer refreshments (tea, coffee, water) to customers during their visit
Customer Assistance & Direction:
- Guide customers to the appropriate counter or sales associate based on their interests
- Provide basic information about showroom layout, products, and services
- Direct customers to specific collections or designs they are looking for
- Assist with navigating the showroom and answer general inquiries
Customer Service Support:
- Support sales associates by assisting customers with documentation or paperwork
- Help with gift wrapping and packaging of purchased items
- Maintain a welcoming atmosphere throughout the showroom
- Ensure customers have a pleasant and hassle-free experience
Showroom Maintenance:
- Keep the entrance area clean, neat, and welcoming at all times
- Ensure seating areas for customers are tidy and comfortable
- Maintain displays and ensure the showroom is well-organized
- Assist with minor housekeeping duties as needed
Administrative Support:
- Maintain a visitor log or customer entry record as per company requirements
- Assist with appointment scheduling if customers need specialized consultation
- Communicate relevant customer feedback to management or sales team
- Help coordinate with sales associates for efficient customer flow
Sales Support:
- While not primarily a sales role, provide product information when asked
- Suggest relevant products or services based on customer interests
- Support the sales team in achieving targets through excellent customer engagement
- Take customer contact details for follow-up if required
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused personality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced showroom environment
- Good presentation and grooming standards
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Willingness to learn about jewellery products and showroom operations
- Reliability and punctuality
- Basic knowledge of English and Hindi (local language proficiency preferred)
Desirable Skills:
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience
- Experience in retail environment
- Fluency in multiple languages
- Basic computer skills
- Patience and empathy when dealing with diverse customers

Working Hours:
10:00 AM – 9:00 PM (6 days a week, with 1 day off)
Compensation:
- Salary: ₹13,000 per month (Starting, based on experience)
