Job Title: Sales Executive
Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales targets, and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Maintain records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems
- Provide feedback to management on market trends, competition, and customer needs
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain relationships
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
