Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Executive to join our team in Dehradun. Freshers as well as candidates with relevant experience are welcome to apply. The ideal candidate should have good communication, coordination, and organizational skills and an interest in supply chain and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Assist with purchase orders, inventory, and stock management.
- Track orders, shipments, and deliveries.
- Maintain accurate supply chain and inventory records.
- Monitor stock levels and identify potential shortages.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams.
- Prepare reports and update operational data.
- Support day-to-day supply chain and procurement activities.
- Resolve basic delivery, inventory, and vendor-related issues.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned operational tasks.
Requirements
- Graduate or Post Graduate in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- Freshers can apply; relevant experience is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Willingness to learn and grow in the supply chain field.
