We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager with hands on experience in the E-commerce industry to lead and manage end-to-end e-commerce projects, marketplace operations, client onboarding, process optimization, and cross-functional team coordination. The ideal candidate should possess strong project management, stakeholder management, and e-commerce expertise to drive successful project execution and business growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Execution
- Lead end-to-end execution of e-commerce projects from initiation to successful delivery.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress against milestones.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
E-commerce & Marketplace Management
- Manage projects related to marketplace onboarding, account management, catalog management, advertising, and growth strategies.
- Oversee operations across major marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and other online sales channels.
- Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and marketplace performance.
Team & Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with internal teams including Operations, Catalog, Advertising, CRM, Marketing, Design, and Technology.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders.
- Conduct regular project review meetings and provide status updates.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve project-related challenges.
Process Improvement & Strategy
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions.
- Develop SOPs and best practices for project execution.
- Monitor industry trends, marketplace updates, and competitive activities.
- Recommend growth strategies to improve sales performance and operational efficiency.
Risk & Quality Management
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout project execution.
- Manage issue resolution and escalation processes effectively.
Reporting & Performance Analysis
- Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and performance reviews.
- Analyze project outcomes and key business metrics.
- Present insights and recommendations to senior management and clients.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of marketplace operations, e-commerce workflows, and digital commerce ecosystems.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, ClickUp, Monday.com, or similar.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per year
