Role Overview
The Junior Zoho Developer supports the design, customization, and maintenance of Zoho applications while gaining hands-on experience in business automation, CRM implementation, and low-code development. This role focuses on learning Zoho technologies, assisting in project delivery, and providing operational support under senior guidance.
Key Responsibilities
· Configure and customize Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, and other Zoho applications.
· Assist in developing workflows, blueprints, approval processes, and automation.
· Write, test, and maintain Deluge scripts under supervision.
· Support data migration, system setup, and user onboarding activities.
· Assist in troubleshooting application issues and resolving support tickets.
· Participate in requirement gathering and documentation activities.
· Help develop reports, dashboards, and business intelligence solutions.
· Support API integrations between Zoho and third-party platforms.
· Maintain technical documentation and system configurations.
· Continuously learn Zoho ecosystem updates and best practices.
Required Skills
· Knowledge of Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, and Zoho One ecosystem.
· Basic understanding of Deluge scripting.
· Familiarity with workflow automation concepts.
· Understanding of databases and business process mapping.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
