What You'll Do
- Design engaging social media creatives, carousels, reels covers and digital campaigns.
- Create visual identities and brand assets that align with client positioning.
- Translate marketing strategies into compelling visual storytelling.
- Collaborate with content and strategy teams.
- Develop presentations, pitch decks and marketing collateral.
- Stay updated on design trends, social media formats and platform best practices.
What We're Looking For
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Figma.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, color and visual hierarchy.
- Experience designing for Instagram, LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
- Ability to think conceptually and bring ideas to life visually.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
- A portfolio that demonstrates creativity, versatility and brand thinking.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Motion graphics or video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc.).
- Experience working with startups, founders or personal brands.
- Knowledge of AI-powered design tools and creative workflows.
