- Team Leadership: Supervise the sales team, delegate daily tasks, and conduct training to maximize representative productivity.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor daily/monthly sales metrics and assist the Sales Manager in developing strategies to meet or exceed quotas.
- Client Management: Cultivate relationships with key accounts, foster repeat business, and handle elevated customer complaints.
- Reporting & Analysis: Analyze sales data to identify market trends and prepare regular reports for senior management.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
