We are looking for an experienced and technology-focused Full Stack Developer to join our technology team and take ownership of the development, enhancement and maintenance of our Travel Website, CMS, CRM and Travel Management System (TMS).
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in modern full-stack development, API integration, database architecture, cloud technologies and AI-enabled applications.
The candidate will work closely with Management, Product, QA, Sales, Customer Support and Travel Operations teams to build scalable, secure and high-performance travel technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Travel Website, CMS, CRM & TMS.
- Build responsive, secure, fast and SEO-friendly web applications.
- Develop booking, enquiry, quotation, payment and customer workflows.
- Develop and maintain CMS modules for packages, destinations, hotels, pricing, itinerary, offers, content and users.
- Develop TMS/CRM modules for leads, customers, bookings, suppliers, operations, payments, cancellations, invoices and reports.
- Integrate Flight, Hotel, Transfer, Payment, WhatsApp, SMS, Email and other third-party APIs.
- Develop and maintain REST APIs and ensure reliable system integration.
- Work with modern Frontend, Backend, Database and Cloud technologies.
- Implement AI/LLM-based features such as AI Travel Assistant, recommendations, quotation automation and customer support.
- Optimize application performance, database, security and scalability.
- Use Git, Docker and CI/CD for development and deployment.
- Work closely with QA, Product, Sales and Travel Operations teams.
- Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve system functionality.
