A Digital Marketing Manager develops, implements, and optimizes online marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility, drive website traffic, and generate sales leads. They lead cross-functional teams, allocate budgets, and measure the return on investment (ROI) across various digital channels. Their duties include researching, strategizing with other professionals and creating content for successful campaigns.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns encompassing SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
Data & Analytics: Measure, track, and report on the performance of all campaigns against key performance indicators (KPIs) and ROI targets.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor internal marketing teams (e.g., content creators, SEO specialists, Graphic Designers and Video Editors) and collaborate with external agencies.
Content & Website Management: Ensure the company’s digital footprint—including landing pages and social platforms—is highly engaging and optimized for the user experience (UX).
Budget Management: Oversee the allocation of digital marketing spend and ensure financial resources are utilized efficiently.
Trend Monitoring: Keep a pulse on emerging digital trends, consumer behaviours, and market changes to identify new growth opportunities.
Traffic & Acquisition: Organic/Paid Traffic, Bounce Rate, and Cost per Click (CPC). Ability to Handle Google and Meta Ads.
Conversion & ROI: Conversion Rate, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
Engagement: Click-Through Rate (CTR), Social Media Engagement Rates, and Email Open/Unsubscribe Rates.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field.
- Minimum 4-5 Years of Experience in digital marketing, In-depth knowledge of current digital trends
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and best practices
- Co-ordinate with the directors for project related updates.
- Experience with SEO and SEM strategy and keyword research
- Understanding of website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics
- Analytical mind, with a passion for measuring data.
Pay: From ₹45,000.00 per month
