HR Responsibilities:

- Handle employee onboarding and induction processes.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Monitor attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
- Assist in employee engagement and performance management activities.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and labor laws.
- Address employee queries and support HR operations.
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Manage office administration and daily operational activities.
- Coordinate with vendors and maintain office supplies.
- Handle office assets and facility management.
- Prepare reports and maintain administrative records.
- Support travel arrangements and meeting coordination.
- Ensure office policies and procedures are followed.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 0–1 years (or as required).
