Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing manager to plan, execute, and manage end to-end digital marketing initiatives. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution skills, the ability to manage a team, and a clear focus on performance, growth, and ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Plan, manage, and optimize campaigns across relevant digital channels
- Drive lead generation, brand awareness, and customer acquisition initiatives
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns to achieve cost-effective leads and strong ROI
- Manage end-to-end campaign lifecycle: strategy, creatives, targeting, budgeting, optimization, and reporting
- Lead and mentor a digital marketing team (performance marketers, designers, content team, etc.)
- Collaborate with sales and business teams to align lead quality and conversion goals
- Analyse data, prepare regular performance reports, and present insights to leadership
- Work closely with content and design teams to develop high-performing creatives and ad copies
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices Required
Skills & Qualifications
- 4–7 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing
- Strong hands-on experience in lead generation campaigns, especially Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver measurable ROI Experience in team management and cross-functional coordination
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns
- Experience with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, CRM tools, etc.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management

- Prior experience working in the EdTech sector
- Experience handling high-volume
- lead funnels Exposure to other paid channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) is a plus
Pay: ₹34,403.83 - ₹88,713.49 per month
Work Location: In person
