About the role
As an HR Recruiter based in Thane, you will drive end-to-end hiring for collections roles across the Mumbai / Thane region, sourcing DRA and non-DRA debt-collection talent at volume.
Key responsibilities
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for collections roles
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer rollouts
- Maintain recruitment MIS and pipeline reporting
- Partner with operations leaders on hiring plans and closures

Eligibility
- Experience recruiting for debt-collection / BPO collections roles
- Volume hiring capability against tight timelines
- DRA / Non-DRA hiring exposure
- DRA: Non-DRA
- Willing to work from Thane — full-time
