Hiring: Social Media Manager

We're looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Manager to manage SolarRun's digital presence across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. The ideal candidate should be passionate about social media, community engagement, and content performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube channels.
- Publish and schedule daily posts, reels, and videos.
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer queries promptly.
- Monitor engagement and build an active online community.
- Coordinate with the creative team to ensure timely content publishing.
- Track content performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
- Stay updated with social media trends and suggest new content ideas to improve reach and engagement.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in Social Media Management.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Excellent communication and community management skills.
- Experience with Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, and basic analytics.
- Familiarity with Canva, scheduling tools, and CRM is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
