About the Role
Sadbhav Renewable Limited is looking for energetic and motivated Field Sales Executives to join our solar energy sales team in Chhattisgarh. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting customers, explaining solar solutions, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new customers and sales opportunities.
- Visit residential, commercial, and industrial customers in the assigned area.
- Explain solar products, systems, benefits, pricing, and installation process.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain regular sales reports.
- Coordinate with the internal team for quotations, orders, and installation.
- Conduct market surveys and identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
- Experience in field sales, solar sales, electrical products, or a related industry will be an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication and sales skills can also apply.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and confident personality.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
