Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team. The role involves assessing, planning, and delivering individualized physiotherapy interventions to children with autism, developmental delays, and other physical challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments to identify motor, sensory, and functional needs of children.
- Develop and implement individualized physiotherapy treatment plans.
- Provide therapy sessions focusing on improving mobility, posture, coordination, and strength.
- Collaborate with occupational therapists, speech therapists, psychologists, and educators to ensure integrated care.
- Guide parents and caregivers with home-based exercise programs and strategies.
- Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and treatment outcomes.
- Stay updated with best practices in pediatric physiotherapy and rehabilitation.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Physiotherapy (MPT).
- Registration with relevant professional council (preferred).
- Minimum 1 years of experience in pediatric physiotherapy, preferably in developmental or rehabilitation settings.
- Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques for children with autism and developmental disorders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
