About the Role: We are looking for an energetic and well-spoken Sales Promoter to represent our premium outlets. You will be the face of the brand, responsible for engaging guests, driving sales, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities: Warmly welcome customers, explain our offerings, and provide tailored recommendations. Actively upsell products and combo offers to meet daily store targets. Operate POS systems efficiently for order processing and billing. Ensure display areas remain visually appealing and fully stocked.
Requirements: Education: Graduate. Language: Fluent in English and Hindi (Kannada is a plus). Skills: Excellent communication, highly presentable, and strong sales drive. Tech: Comfortable with basic system operations and POS software.
Experience: Fresher or 1+ years in retail, hospitality, or direct customer sales preferred.
