We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Sales Executive to drive sales and business development for R&M Welding Products and Special Purpose Welding Electrodes across Odisha and assigned territories. The role involves promoting specialized welding solutions, developing strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets through
strategic market development activities.
- Responsible for sales and business development of R&M Welding Products and Special Purpose Welding Electrodes in Odisha and assigned territories.
- Promote and generate business for Special Purpose Welding Electrodes across industrial and engineering sectors.
- Appoint and develop new dealers and distributors in assigned regions to strengthen market presence.
- Manage and expand business with OEM customers and industrial clients.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and business growth.
- Identify new business opportunities, customer segments, and potential markets.
- Conduct regular customer visits, technical discussions, product demonstrations, and seminars.
- Explain product features, technical advantages, application benefits, and cost-saving solutions to customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, OEMs, fabricators, contractors, and end users.
- Analyze competitor products, pricing, and market activities to identify business opportunities.
- Monitor market trends and customer requirements to recommend suitable product solutions.
- Prepare sales plans, forecasts, and territory development strategies.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned by management.
- Ensure timely follow-up on enquiries, quotations, and order closures.
- Coordinate with internal teams for product support, dispatches, and customer service activities.
- Handle customer complaints and provide prompt resolutions to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Maintain records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence.
- Submit regular sales reports, market feedback, and business updates to management.
- Ensure effective implementation of company sales policies and promotional activities.
