Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of organizational change management initiatives.
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Coordinate employee engagement programs, communication sessions, and internal HR initiatives.
- Support performance management processes, employee development programs, and HR documentation.
- Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and compliance practices.
- Maintain HR records, reports, and basic HR analytics for decision-making.
- Collaborate with management to ensure HR strategies align with organizational goals and culture..
Required Skills
- Good understanding of core HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with change management concepts and HR best practices.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR analytics, HR policies, and employee engagement practices.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resource Management or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or HR generalist roles.
