Zayo Restaurant is looking for enthusiastic, well-spoken, and hospitality-focused individuals to join our team as Front Office Interns / Volunteers. This role is ideal for students or fresh graduates seeking hands-on experience in hospitality operations, guest relations, and restaurant management.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage reservations, guest inquiries, and walk-in guests.
- Coordinate with restaurant operations to ensure a smooth guest experience.
- Handle phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and basic administrative tasks.
- Support guest feedback collection and service recovery efforts.
- Assist with daily front office and reception activities.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English (additional languages are a plus).
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic computer and smartphone skills.
- Professional appearance and customer-service mindset.
