Final Take Production Pvt. Ltd. is a growing media and entertainment company operating FT Tunes, a digital music distribution platform helping artists, labels, and content creators distribute their music worldwide across major streaming platforms.
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Tele Caller & Data Entry Executive to join our team and assist with lead management, client communication, and administrative operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesTele Calling & Lead Handling
- Contact potential clients and leads via phone calls.
- Explain company services and offerings professionally.
- Follow up with interested artists, labels, and business clients.
- Maintain regular communication with prospective customers.
- Record customer responses and update lead status.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and follow-up calls.
- Build positive relationships with clients and address basic inquiries.
Data Entry & Administrative Tasks
- Enter and maintain client data accurately in company databases and CRM systems.
- Update records, contact information, and lead details.
- Prepare reports and maintain spreadsheets.
- Verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Organize digital files and documentation.
- Support the operations team with administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (additional regional languages are a plus).
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and email communication.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Positive attitude and professional telephone etiquette.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in telecalling, customer support, sales, lead generation, or data entry.
- Experience using CRM software is an advantage.
- Interest in music, entertainment, or digital media industry is a plus.

Salary
₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)
