We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor & AI Content Creator who can transform raw footage into compelling content while leveraging AI tools to increase production speed and creative possibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Video Editing
● Edit short-form and long-form content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and
paid advertising campaigns.
● Create engaging reels, ads, brand films, testimonials, podcasts, and corporate videos.
● Perform color correction, sound balancing, motion graphics, transitions, and basic visual
effects.
● Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and creative direction.
● Deliver projects within timelines while maintaining high-quality standards.
AI Content Creation
● Generate AI-powered images, videos, voiceovers, and creative assets using tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Kling, Runway, Veo, ElevenLabs, Flux, Ideogram, and similar platforms.
● Write and optimize prompts for image and video generation.
● Create AI-assisted storyboards, mood boards, ad concepts, and visual references.
● Stay updated with emerging AI tools and recommend improvements to the agency
workflow.
● Assist the creative team in reducing production timelines through AI-powered processes.
Content Production Support
● Collaborate with creative strategists, performance marketers, designers, and clients.
● Organize project files and maintain structured workflows.
● Assist in content planning and ideation sessions.
● Repurpose existing content into multiple platform-specific formats.
● Support video shoots with content management and post-production requirements when needed.
Required Skills
Video Editing
● Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
● Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects.
● Understanding of storytelling, pacing, visual composition, and audience retention
techniques.
● Experience editing social media content and performance marketing creatives.
AI & Creative Tools
● Experience using AI tools for content generation.
● Ability to write effective prompts for image, video, and text generation.
● Understanding of AI-assisted workflows for content creation.
Additional Skills
● Basic graphic design skills are a plus.
● Knowledge of audio editing and color grading.
● Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
● Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications
● Portfolio demonstrating video editing work.
● Experience creating content for brands, agencies, or social media creators.
● Familiarity with Meta Ads, YouTube content, and short-form video trends.
● Understanding of performance marketing creatives and direct-response content.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
