Job Summary
we are looking for an experienced Business Intelligence Systems Analyst to support enterprise reporting, analytics, data integration, and BI platforms.
The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Matillion and Snowflake, along with strong knowledge of SQL, ETL/ELT, data modeling, Tableau, and Power BI.
The role involves working closely with business and IT teams to develop reliable data solutions, dashboards, reports, and analytics that support business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize data pipelines and workflows using Matillion.
- Support and administer Snowflake data warehouse environments.
- Monitor data movement, data refreshes, and integration processes.
- Troubleshoot data, reporting, and integration issues.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and scorecards using Tableau and Power BI.
- Build and maintain scalable data models for reporting and analytics.
- Write and optimize SQL queries for performance and efficiency.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into BI and reporting solutions.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, integrity, and reliability.
- Automate manual reporting and data processes.
- Work closely with Planning, Merchandising, Inventory, Finance, and IT teams.
- Provide ongoing support for BI platforms and reporting tools.
- Maintain technical documentation, data dictionaries, process flows, and reporting definitions.
- Support data validation, testing, quality assurance, and user adoption.
- Coordinate BI projects from requirements gathering through implementation.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Reporting, or Data Integration.
- Hands-on experience with both Matillion and Snowflake is required.
- Experience developing dashboards and reports using Tableau and/or Power BI.
- Strong understanding of ETL/ELT, data modeling, SQL, and relational databases.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the retail industry.
- Knowledge of retail planning concepts and retail mathematics.
