Job Summary We are looking for an experienced B2B Sales Manager to drive business growth, acquire new clients, and manage key customer accounts. The ideal candidate should have strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills with experience in industrial or food-related sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads and acquire B2B customers.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
- Introduce and promote products to existing and prospective clients.
- Manage customer negotiations, quotations, and follow-ups.
- Ensure timely payment collections and manage credit risk.
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Key Account Management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
- Experience in Food Processing, FMCG, HoReCa, Spices, Edible Oils, or related industries is preferred.
- Ability to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
