Admission Student Counseling & Career Guidance
- Counsel walk-in, phone, and online enquiries about beauty, makeup, hair, skin & cosmetology courses
- Understand the student’s interest, background & career goals
- Suggest the right course & certification accordingly
- Explain career opportunities after course completion (salon, freelancing, bridal makeup, abroad jobs, etc.)
2. Course & Fee Explanation
- Clearly explain:
- Course curriculum & duration
- Certification details
- Fee structure, discounts & EMI options
- Address student/parent doubts confidently and honestly
3. Admissions & Enrollment
- Convert enquiries into admissions
- Handle registration forms, documentation & eligibility checks
- Coordinate with the accounts team for fee collection
- Maintain accurate student admission records
4. Lead Handling & Follow-ups
- Handle leads from:
- Walk-ins
- Website enquiries
- Social media & marketing campaigns
- Do regular follow-up calls & messages to convert leads
- Achieve monthly admission targets
5. Student Relationship Management
- Build trust and long-term relationships with students & parents
- Guide students before and after admission
- Resolve basic student concerns or escalate when required
6. Coordination with Internal Teams
- Work closely with:
- Trainers
- Center Head
- Marketing team
- Share feedback about student needs & market demand
7. Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain enquiry & admission reports
- Update CRM / enquiry registers daily
- Report daily/weekly performance to the Center Head
8. Promotional Activities (Sometimes)
- Support seminars, workshops & demo classes
- Participate in open houses, events & marketing activities
- Represent Lakmé Academy professionally
