Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Showroom Sales Executive to join our team in Jodhpur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, understanding their cooling requirements, and recommending suitable residential air conditioning solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Engage with walk-in customers and understand their cooling and comfort requirements.
- Demonstrate and explain the features, benefits, and specifications of residential air conditioners, including Split ACs, Window ACs, Inverter ACs, and Smart ACs.
- Promote and sell AC units, accessories, extended warranties, and related products.
- Provide basic technical guidance on AC capacity, energy efficiency, room-size suitability, and product comparisons.
- Coordinate with delivery, installation, and service teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns in a professional manner.
- Maintain showroom displays and ensure products are presented effectively.
