Business Development Associate – Max Paints
Location: Kolkata | Experience: 1–4 Years | Type: Full-time
Paint or Chemical Industry experience candidates preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads and identify potential clients.
- Handle client communication, follow-ups, and relationship management.
- Promote Max Paints products and identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and other internal teams.
- Prepare quotations, reports, and maintain CRM/data records.
- Achieve assigned business development and sales targets.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales / Client Coordination.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
