Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Branch Head to drive Sales, Business Development, Team Management & Market Expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead branch sales & business growth strategies
- Manage complete sales cycle – Lead generation to closure
- Develop Key Accounts, Dealers & Channel Partners
- Drive revenue targets, forecasting & market expansion
- Handle customer relationships and business retention
- Manage sales team performance, training & development
- Monitor competitors & market trends
- Ensure smooth coordination with internal teams
