- Welcome and assist customers in the store
- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Explain product features, sizes, offers, and benefits
- Do upselling and cross-selling of products
- Handle billing and cash counter operations
- Maintain store cleanliness and product displays
- Arrange, fold, and refill stock on shelves
- Handle customer complaints politely and professionally
- Provide excellent customer service to increase repeat customers
- Coordinate with team members for smooth store operations
- Stay updated about new arrivals, promotions, and discounts
- Assist customers in trial room and size selection
- Maintain proper grooming and store discipline
