Key Responsibilities:
- Listen to and review recorded sales and counseling calls.
- Evaluate calls based on predefined quality parameters.
- Identify communication gaps and areas of improvement.
- Maintain call audit records and quality reports.
- Share feedback with team leaders and trainers.
- Ensure compliance with company processes and scripts.
- Prepare daily and weekly quality analysis reports.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month
