Planning & Technical Execution
- Drawing Interpretation: Carefully reviewing architectural and structural drawings to ensure all construction activities align with specifications.
- Site Surveying: Performing surveying, setting out, and leveling the site before construction begins.
- Material Management: Estimating material requirements (e.g., concrete, steel), preparing bar bending schedules, and overseeing procurement and inventory.
- Schedule Monitoring: Developing work activity schedules and ensuring the team hits critical project milestones.
- Reporting: Documenting daily progress, resource usage, and material consumption to compile periodic status reports for stakeholders.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
