Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Data Science Trainer to deliver high-quality training sessions in Data Science, Machine Learning, Python, and related technologies. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to mentor students through hands-on projects and industry-oriented learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging classroom and online training sessions on Data Science concepts.
- Teach Python programming, Statistics, SQL, Data Analysis, Machine Learning, and Data Visualization.
- Develop and update training materials, assignments, presentations, and practical exercises.
- Guide students in real-world projects and capstone projects.
- Conduct coding sessions, doubt-solving classes, and technical workshops.
- Evaluate student performance through assignments, quizzes, and assessments.
- Mentor students in portfolio development, resume building, and interview preparation.
- Keep course content updated with the latest industry trends and tools.
- Collaborate with the academic team to improve curriculum and training quality.
- Maintain attendance records and student progres
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Python Programming.
- Good understanding of Statistics and Probability.
- Experience with NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, and Seaborn.
- Knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
- Hands-on experience with Machine Learning algorithms using Scikit-learn.
- Understanding of Deep Learning fundamentals (TensorFlow or PyTorch is a plus).
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Basic understanding of Generative AI and Large Language Models is an added advantage.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Certification in Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI is preferred.
- Prior teaching, mentoring, or corporate training experience is an added advantage.
