We are looking for a results-driven Online Sales Executive to manage and grow sales through digital channels. The role involves handling online inquiries, converting leads into customers, and maintaining strong customer relationships via phone, email, chat, and social platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming online leads from website, social media, marketplaces, and ads
- Communicate with customers via calls, WhatsApp, email, and live chat
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services
- Close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Update customer details and sales activities in CRM tools
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth order fulfillment
- Resolve customer queries and post-sales issues promptly
- Stay updated on product knowledge and competitor offerings
