Arbrit Consultancy and Safety Training LLC is looking for an experienced and dynamic HSE Trainer to join our training team. The ideal candidate should have strong practical HSE experience, excellent training and presentation skills, and the ability to deliver professional safety training to clients across different industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality HSE training at our training centres and client locations.
- Conduct theoretical and practical training sessions.
- Deliver courses such as:
- HSE / Safety Induction
- Work at Height
- Confined Space
- H2S Awareness
- Fire Safety & Fire Warden
- Risk Assessment
- Permit to Work (PTW)
- LOTO / Electrical Safety
- Manual Handling
- Excavation Safety
- Scaffolding Safety
- Lifting & Rigging Safety Awareness
- Accident & Incident Investigation
- Emergency Response
- Construction and Oil & Gas Safety
- Conduct learner assessments and practical evaluations.
- Prepare and update training presentations, lesson plans and course materials.
- Maintain accurate training and assessment records.
- Ensure training is delivered in accordance with company, client and regulatory requirements.
- Support curriculum development and continuous improvement of training programs.
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Fire & Safety or a related field.
- NEBOSH IGC or equivalent HSE qualification – mandatory/preferred.
- Recognised Train-the-Trainer qualification is highly preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of practical HSE experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an HSE Trainer.
- Strong experience in Oil & Gas, Construction, Industrial or Infrastructure sectors preferred.
- Good knowledge of UAE/GCC HSE practices and international safety standards.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
- Strong practical demonstration and classroom management skills.
- Good knowledge of MS PowerPoint, Word and training documentation.
- Ability to travel to different client locations across the UAE.

- ADNOC-related HSE experience
- ACTVET Trainer approval/experience
- IOSH Trainer qualification
- First Aid Trainer qualification
- Fire Safety Trainer qualification
- H2S Trainer qualification
- Work at Height / Confined Space Trainer certification
- Lifting & Rigging qualifications
- Defensive Driving Trainer qualification
- International awarding-body trainer approvals
- UAE Driving Licence
