Sr Business Development Executive
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Business Developer to help grow our software business by identifying new clients, generating leads, and building strong customer relationships. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and knowledge of IT services, software solutions, and digital technologies.
Key Responsibilities :
Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
Generate leads through online platforms, calls, emails, and networking
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable software solutions
Prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations
Conduct meetings and product demonstrations with clients
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
Coordinate with the technical team for project discussions
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain CRM and sales reports
Follow up with clients for project closures and payments
Required Skills :
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge of software services, websites, mobile apps, and digital solutions
Strong presentation and sales skills
Basic understanding of CRM tools and MS Office
Ability to work independently and in a team
Good client handling and relationship management skills
Qualification :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
MBA is an added advantage
Experience :
1–3 years of experience in IT/software sales or business development
Salary: Rs. 35000 to 50,000
