We are seeking a motivated Full Stack Developer with 2-3 years of experience to design, develop, and maintain dynamic web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) to build robust user interfaces and application logic, while also possessing the ability to integrate with our core Python and FastAPI-driven Generative AI services. You will work collaboratively within a team to build intelligent, full-stack solutions deployed on Cloud.
Key Responsibilities
- Full Stack Web Development: Develop, maintain, and scale responsive web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
- AI Feature Integration: Connect React frontends and Node.js middle-tiers to powerful AI backends, integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) to deliver custom Generative AI solutions (e.g., AI chatbots, intelligent dashboards, automated workflows).
- Backend Collaboration: Work closely with AI Engineers to consume and optimize lightning-fast, asynchronous RESTful APIs built in Python and FastAPI.
- Cloud Deployment: Deploy, scale, and manage frontend applications and backend services on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Database Management: Design and optimize database schemas using MongoDB (and other NoSQL/SQL databases) to support both traditional application data and AI-driven features.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new product features from concept to production.
- Code Quality & Optimization: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code; troubleshoot and debug applications for performance; and participate in code reviews.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest industry trends in web development, the MERN ecosystem, and GenAI to ensure our applications remain current and competitive.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-3 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.
- Technical Skills:
- Front-end: Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and React.js for building component-based UIs.
- Back-end: Experience with Node.js and Express.js for backend routing and logic, alongside basic knowledge of Python and FastAPI for AI service integration.
- Databases: Solid knowledge of MongoDB (essential for MERN), with additional familiarity in MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- API Design: Familiarity with RESTful API design, development, and seamless frontend-backend integration.
- Version Control: Solid understanding of version control systems like Git.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- AI & GenAI: Practical understanding of integrating LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Gemini), prompting, and building AI-augmented user interfaces.
- Cloud Services: Experience with cloud services such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- DevOps: Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Methodology: Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
