About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Executive / Quality Manager to manage and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) of an ISO/IEC 17025 calibration laboratory. The ideal candidate should have experience in NABL documentation, internal audits, quality assurance activities, and ensuring compliance with laboratory accreditation requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and implement the Quality Management System (QMS) as per ISO/IEC 17025:2017 requirements.
- Prepare, review, and control Quality Manual, SOPs, Work Instructions, Formats, and Records.
- Ensure compliance with NABL accreditation requirements.
- Conduct Internal Audits and coordinate Management Review Meetings (MRM).
- Handle Corrective Actions (CAPA), Preventive Actions, Root Cause Analysis, and Risk Assessment.
- Maintain document control and revision history.
- Monitor proficiency testing (PT) and Inter-Laboratory Comparison (ILC) activities.
- Coordinate external audits by NABL and customers.
- Prepare and maintain uncertainty budgets and quality records.
- Ensure traceability of calibration standards.
- Monitor environmental conditions and laboratory quality records.
- Coordinate employee training and competency evaluations.
- Review calibration certificates before release.
- Handle customer complaints and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to laboratory quality.
- Ensure compliance with company quality policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in:
- Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE)
- Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE)
- Mechanical Engineering
- Instrumentation Engineering
- Physics
- Or any relevant technical discipline
Experience Required
- 1–2 years in a Calibration Laboratory
- Experience in maintaining ISO/IEC 17025:2017 Quality Management System
- Experience with NABL audits (Internal or External)
- Knowledge of laboratory documentation and quality processes
