Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Enquiry Coordinator to manage incoming enquiries, follow up with prospective customers, maintain records, and coordinate with internal departments to ensure a smooth customer experience. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a strong ability to handle customer interactions professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Provide accurate information regarding company products/services.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain and update enquiry records in the CRM/database.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and consultations as required.
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure timely responses to enquiries.
- Generate daily and weekly enquiry reports.
- Assist in converting enquiries into admissions/sales opportunities.
- Address customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in customer service, telecalling, counselling, or coordination roles is an added advantage.
Skills Required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Strong interpersonal and customer-handling abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
- Basic CRM knowledge will be an advantage.
