B2C Sales Team Lead – Job DescriptionRole Overview
Responsible for managing the B2C sales team, achieving enrolment and revenue targets, monitoring sales activities, improving conversions, and ensuring effective lead management and CRM discipline.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage B2C sales executives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Monitor calls, follow-ups, counselling sessions, and conversion performance.
- Handle inbound and outbound lead calls, counselling prospects, and closing opportunities.
- Support the team in objection handling and high-value lead conversions.
- Allocate leads, track follow-ups, and ensure timely customer engagement.
- Maintain CRM accuracy and monitor sales reports.
- Conduct team reviews, training sessions, and performance improvement activities.
- Prepare sales performance reports and share insights with management.
KPIs
- Monthly enrolment and revenue achievement.
- Lead conversion percentage.
- Call volume and follow-up completion.
- Counselling sessions completed.
- CRM updates and team productivity.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, counselling, tele-sales, or team handling.
- Experience in B2C/EdTech sales preferred.
- Strong communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Good leadership, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Ability to work with sales targets and CRM tools.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
