Experience: 6+ Years CTC: ₹3.0 – ₹4.2 LPA Job Description – Architectural Draftsman We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Draftsman with 6+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in preparing architectural drawings, coordinating with designers and engineers, and ensuring accurate construction documentation. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare detailed architectural drawings, layouts, and working drawings using AutoCAD. - Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details. - Coordinate with architects, interior designers, structural, and MEP teams. - Revise drawings based on client feedback and site requirements. - Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and applicable standards. - Prepare GFC (Good for Construction) drawings and maintain drawing revisions. - Assist the project team with technical documentation and drawing management. Required Skills: - Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory). - Good knowledge of architectural detailing and construction methods. - Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings. - Strong attention to detail and time management skills. - Excellent coordination and communication abilities. - Knowledge of SketchUp or Revit will be an added advantage. Qualification: - Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Experience: - Minimum 6 years of relevant experience as an Architectural Draftsman. Salary: - CTC: ₹3.0 – ₹4.2 LPA
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
