Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and result-oriented Telecaller to manage client interactions over the phone. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer queries, providing accurate information about products and services, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to explain company products and services.
- Contact existing and prospective customers to generate leads and maintain engagement.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Address and resolve customer queries and concerns effectively.
- Accurately collect and update customer information in CRM/software and Excel.
- Process customer orders in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate and transfer calls across Pan India operations as required.
- Maintain and regularly update customer databases.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
- Knowledge of additional regional languages will be an added advantage.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel)
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Jaipur, Rajasthan (Jaipur): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
