We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to build, strengthen, and scale our human capital to support the company's ambitious growth plans.
Position Overview:
The HR Manager will be responsible for driving talent acquisition, workforce planning, performance management, employee engagement, leadership development, and HR operations across the organization. This role is critical in building a high-performance culture and ensuring the right people are in the right roles at the right time.
Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Workforce Planning
- Develop manpower plans aligned with business growth and project requirements.
- Support annual workforce budgeting and succession planning.
- Monitor resource allocation and manpower utilization.
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for various functions including Sales, CRM, Design, Projects, Procurement, Finance, and Support Teams.
- Build talent pipelines and improve hiring efficiency.
- Track and improve recruitment metrics such as Time-to-Hire and Offer Acceptance Rate.
Employee Onboarding
- Ensure smooth onboarding and induction programs for all new employees.
- Coordinate department-specific training and policy orientation.
- Drive successful integration of new hires into the organization.
Performance Management
- Implement and monitor KPI-driven performance management systems.
- Coordinate performance reviews with department heads.
- Generate productivity and performance reports.
Employee Engagement & Retention
- Design and implement employee engagement initiatives.
- Manage recognition and reward programs.
- Support employee welfare and retention strategies.
Learning & Leadership Development
- Identify high-potential employees and future leaders.
- Develop training and career progression plans.
- Coordinate technical, functional, and behavioral training programs.
HR Analytics & Reporting
- Maintain HR dashboards and workforce metrics.
- Analyze attrition, attendance, recruitment, and performance trends.
- Present HR insights and recommendations to management.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Support disciplinary processes and organizational governance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
- 4–10 years of HR experience, preferably in Construction, Interior Fit-Out, Manufacturing, Infrastructure, or Project-Based Organizations.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and HR compliance.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience handling multi-location operations will be an advantage.
