We're looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to manage financial operations across our F&B outlets.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience (Accounting)
Proficiency in ERP Software (Tally, Zoho books, etc.) and MS Office.
Key Responsibilities
Daily operations & cash management: DSR handling, card/UPI/cash collections, bank deposits, and petty cash oversight across outlets.
Bookkeeping & Tally : Accurate Tally entries (purchases, sales, credit notes, payroll), purchase records, and audit-ready documentation.
Reconciliations & audits : Bank, vendor, B2B invoice, and online aggregators; outlet cash audits.
Statutory compliance : GST filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-2B, GSTR-3B), TDS payments and returns.
Payroll management : Maintaining attendance and payroll processing.
Vendor management : Vendor payments and due tracking.
Reporting & analysis : P&L statements, cash flow analysis, budget projections and review.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
