Key Requirements:
- Perform routine laboratory testing and analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products
- Maintain and operate laboratory instruments (pH meter, spectrometer, moisture analyzer, etc.)
- Ensure quality control as per defined standards and specifications
- Prepare chemical solutions, reagents, and maintain proper documentation of test results
- Support production team by providing timely analysis and feedback
- Monitor and maintain lab safety, housekeeping, and compliance with safety guidelines
- Record and report deviations, non-conformities, and assist in corrective actions
- Maintain calibration records and ensure proper handling of chemicals
- Assist in process improvement and troubleshooting activities
- Ensure proper storage and disposal of chemicals as per safety norms
