- Lead the planning and execution phases of projects to ensure milestones are met effectively.
- Facilitate clear communication channels among stakeholders to promote transparency and alignment.
- Monitor project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on delivery.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering a collaborative environment.
