Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Explain interior design services to potential clients
- Generate and follow up on leads
- Schedule client meetings and site visits
- Maintain customer database and daily call reports
- Coordinate with the sales and design teams
Requirements
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Experience in telecalling/customer handling preferred
- Malayalam & English communication required
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach
