Position Summary
The Head of Digital Marketing will be responsible for planning, executing, and scaling digital marketing campaigns that generate leads, memberships, registrations, loan inquiries, training enrollments, event participation, and brand visibility.
The role involves managing a team of digital marketing professionals while ensuring measurable business growth through SEO, Paid Ads, Social Media, Content Marketing, YouTube Growth, Marketing Automation, and Website Optimization.
Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Growth Strategy
- Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies. Drive lead generation for loans, government schemes, consulting, and training programs. Increase website traffic, engagement, and conversions. Build brand awareness for all initiatives.
Performance Marketing
- Manage Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads. Optimize campaign ROI and cost per lead. Implement remarketing and conversion tracking.
SEO & Organic Growth
- Develop SEO strategy for all websites. Improve keyword rankings and organic traffic. Manage backlinking and technical SEO.
Content Marketing
- Lead content strategy across blogs, websites, social media, and email campaigns. Develop high-converting landing pages and lead magnets.
Social Media Management
- Grow audiences across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, and YouTube. Create engagement campaigns and community-building initiatives.
YouTube Growth
- Increase subscribers, watch time, and engagement. Plan educational and promotional video content. Optimize titles, thumbnails, descriptions, and SEO.
Marketing Automation
- Implement CRM automation and lead nurturing. Build email and WhatsApp marketing funnels. Track customer journeys and conversion rates.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor KPIs and campaign performance. Present monthly growth reports to management. Recommend data-driven improvements.
Required Skills

Experience
