Mahatta Media Solutions is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Audio Editor to join our production and localization team. The ideal candidate will have experience editing human voiceovers and AI-generated audio content, ensuring high-quality output for e-learning, media, and localization projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit human voiceovers and AI-generated audio files.
- Remove filler words, repetitions, errors, awkward pauses, and unwanted sounds.
- Clean audio by reducing background noise, clicks, pops, breaths, and other distractions.
- Improve audio clarity, pacing, and overall listening experience while maintaining a natural sound.
- Balance and normalize audio levels across projects.
- Synchronize audio with video or other media when required.
- Export final audio files according to project specifications and quality standards.
- Follow project guidelines and deliver assignments within deadlines.
- Collaborate with production and localization teams to ensure project success.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in professional audio editing.
- Strong proficiency in audio editing software such as Adobe Audition, Audacity, Reaper, Pro Tools, Sound Forge, or similar tools.
- Experience working with AI-generated voice content and familiarity with common AI audio issues.
- Excellent listening skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to identify and resolve audio quality problems.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of audio mastering and loudness standards.
- Experience handling multilingual audio content.
- Basic understanding of video editing workflows is an advantage.
