- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and qualifications.
- Conduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Prepare and release offer letters, negotiate compensation packages, and follow up with selected candidates.
- Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment and selection process.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and achieve hiring targets within deadlines.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
